Before you book

How does payment work?+

50% to start, 50% on launch. Wire or Stripe invoice. You get a single line-item invoice — no hidden fees, no hourly add-ons.

What if you go over the timeline?+

It's on us. We work until launch at no additional cost. We've shipped enough projects to scope accurately, but if our estimate was wrong, you don't pay for it.

What counts as a scope change?+

Anything not in the signed scope doc. New features, redesigns, additional integrations. We quote scope changes in writing before any work happens — you decide whether to add them now, defer, or skip.

Who owns the code?+

You. Full IP transfer on final payment. Repo, designs, AI prompts — everything. No license fees, no white-label tax.

What about timezone — you're based in Europe, I'm in the US.+

We keep overlap hours from 9am to 1pm ET every weekday for live calls and Slack. Async updates (Looms, staging links) land overnight your time so you wake up to progress. Most clients tell us this feels faster than working with US agencies because we ship while they sleep.

What if I want to cancel mid-project?+

After kickoff, the 50% deposit is non-refundable — that work is already happening. Beyond that you can stop at any time. You keep everything we've built so far.

Do you sign NDAs?+

Yes, before any discovery call if you want. We'll send ours, or sign yours.

Can you use my existing brand / design system?+

Yes. Launch MVP and Premium Launch include integration with an existing design system if you have one. If not, we'll build a focused one as part of week one.

What about ongoing support after the window ends?+

Two options: pay-as-you-go at $200/hr for fixes and small features, or a retainer for monthly capacity. We don't push retainers — most clients don't need one.
