We keep overlap hours from 9am to 1pm ET every weekday for live calls and Slack. Async updates (Looms, staging links) land overnight your time so you wake up to progress. Most clients tell us this feels faster than working with US agencies because we ship while they sleep.

After kickoff, the 50% deposit is non-refundable — that work is already happening. Beyond that you can stop at any time. You keep everything we've built so far.

Yes. Launch MVP and Premium Launch include integration with an existing design system if you have one. If not, we'll build a focused one as part of week one.

Two options: pay-as-you-go at $200/hr for fixes and small features, or a retainer for monthly capacity. We don't push retainers — most clients don't need one.
